Building Bridges Between Data and Decisions
ssyntharis was founded in Chiang Mai in 2019 by a small group of data engineers and business consultants who had spent years watching organizations struggle with the gap between their data and their decisions. They saw companies collect enormous amounts of information but rarely use it in a structured, forward-looking way. The idea behind ssyntharis was simple: help businesses treat their data not as a byproduct, but as a resource that can inform and improve daily operations.
The name "ssyntharis" draws from the concept of synthesis — combining disparate elements into something more useful than the sum of its parts. For us, that means bringing together machine learning techniques, domain knowledge, and the practical realities of running an organization in Thailand and the broader Southeast Asian market.
We started with small projects — data audits for local manufacturers, inventory forecasting for regional distributors — and grew as word spread that we do things differently. We do not push technology for its own sake, and we do not use jargon to obscure simple ideas. Every engagement begins with listening: understanding what a business actually needs, what data it has, and how its people currently work. Only then do we suggest what AI might contribute.
Today, our team includes specialists in machine learning, natural language processing, data engineering, and organizational change. We remain intentionally mid-sized because we believe in giving each client the focused attention their project deserves. Our office sits on Nimmanhemin Road in Chiang Mai, close to the city's creative and tech community, and we serve clients across Thailand and neighboring countries.
